**Guests:** The apartment has a maximum capacity of 6 people. Please indicate the exact number of guests when making your reservation. Additional guests are not permitted without prior authorization.

**Pets:** Pets are allowed upon request. Please contact us in advance to inform us about your pet and arrange the details. An additional fee per pet will apply.

**Smoking:** Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balconies, ensuring you completely extinguish cigarette butts and dispose of them in the appropriate ashtrays.

**Cleaning:** We appreciate you keeping the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. Upon departure, please leave the dishes washed and the trash in the appropriate containers. A cleaning fee will be charged to cover the costs of cleaning and deep disinfection between stays.

**Noise:** Please respect the rest of the neighbors, especially at night. Avoid excessive noise and loud music after 10:00 PM.

**Damage:** Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents must be reported immediately and will be the responsibility of the guest.

**Security:** When leaving the apartment, please ensure the door is locked and the windows are closed. Use the smart lock system or the physical keys provided. Do not duplicate the keys. In case of loss, the lock will need to be changed for security reasons.

**Appliances:** Familiarize yourself with the operation of the appliances before using them. Consult the instruction manual available in the apartment.
